Established in 1995, RAYMOND S.C. WAN, ARCHITECT INC. brings a wealth of experience in creating innovative ideas tempered with the combined experience of over 50 years. Our firm succeeds in our ability to stay true to our core values. Firm principal, Raymond Wan maintains a collaborative, open communication work-style approach, directly involving himself in every single aspect of the project delivery process.
Our greatest strength is our internal structure which has enabled us to form many long-standing, strategic partnerships with clients, consultants and developers. We are a well-organized, professional team accomplished at handling a broad range of project sizes, combining expertise in management, planning, technical coordination, architectural and interior design sensitivity and concept innovation to successfully challenge any project.
Our success is rooted in the innate ability to conceptualize and execute direct and clear solutions rather than the complex and contrived; creating solutions that deliver a smoothly functioning sequence of space, carrying out the purpose of the project. We recognize that inspired creative design, as contrasted with the mundane is the objective, for one cannot cheat simplicity.
